Born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. Received the Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN in 2001. Afterwards, received a post graduate degree from University of Indonesia in the field of Information Technology. Currently working at Updox, the industry leading Physician Connectivity Platform, as its Software Engineer.

    Providing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for health care, Updox is the industry leading Physician Connectivity Platform. More than 45 electronic health record (EHR) vendors, representing 150,000 physicians, selected Updox as their Health Information Service Provider (HISP) of choice to be a part of the Updox Direct Network (UDN). With our CRM solutions, independent medical practices can easily manage communications from one inbox, streamline physician relationships, drive collaboration with partners and engage patients – all integrated with the practice's existing EHR. Practices benefit through improved relationships with patients and other providers, increased revenues, reduced costs, and enhanced business efficiencies.

    My latest achievements are successfully redesigned Updox webapp / portal and optimized the webapp's performance using assets caching and fingerprinting. This project resulted in a significant improvement over loading time (from 20+ seconds to < 1 second).

    Ecommerce, Inc is a privately held, multinational web hosting company with presence around the world (USA - Main HQ, Ukraine, Romania). In the IT department, my job includes (but not limited to) develop useful web application using Ruby on Rails, work with JavaScript and jQuery frameworks to create high performing and dynamic User Interface, and create test suites using RSpec, Capybara, and jasmine to achieve high quality coding.

    My latest achievement is successfully redesigned IX Web Hosting and Host Excellence control panel and developed the restructured IX Web Hosting website which was previously developed using PHP with Smarty framework and was performing poorly in loading time and SEO. This project resulted in a significant improvement over loading time (from 10+ seconds to < 1 second).

    My jobs include (not limited to) researching, planning, forecasting, implementing and coordinating Sales Plans and maximize profitability for the company. I have also handled and analyzed Ecommerce, Inc's call center and LiveChat data (WorkForce Management with distribution method and backcasting/forecasting analysis) in the past as well as negotiating and designing new business unit(s) at Ecommerce, Inc. brands.
